بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ In The name of Allah, The Merciful, The Compassionate

اقْـرَأْ بِاسْـمِ رَبِّـكَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ ﴿١﴾       Recite in the name of your Lord who created

خَلَقَ الْإِنسَـانَ مِنْ عَـلَقٍ ﴿٢﴾                   Created man from a clinging substance  

اقْرَأْ وَرَبُّـكَ الْأَكْرَمُ ﴿٣﴾               Recite, and your Lord is the most Generous

الَّذِي عَلَّمَ بِالْقَلَمِ ﴿٤﴾                                             Who taught by the pen

عَلَّمَ الْإِنسَانَ مَا لَمْ يَعْلَمْ ﴿٥﴾                 Taught man that which he knew not

Professor Dr. Mohannad Al-Fallouji, PhD (London), FRCS, FRCSI, PDLaw, is a renowned colorectal and laparoscopic surgeon, educator, and medical historian. Author of key postgraduate surgery textbooks and over 100 research papers, he pioneered the Modified Alvarado Score and advanced laparoscopic training. He currently serves as Director of the Institute for Arab-Islamic Medicine and Sciences (IHAMS).
